Structured Kids Golf Lessons in Edinburgh at Swanston Golf Academy

Our Junior Coaching Programme at Swanston Golf Academy in Edinburgh is a structured learning pathway that consists of 10 progressive levels.

Each stage includes skills challenges and knowledge quizzes, leading to a certification that is recognised by many associations and leading golf bodies.

Level 1: For kids aged 6-10 with little or no golf experience. The goal of level 1 is to help your child develop their skills & confidence while aiming to shoot par (36) or better for 9 holes from a distance of 25 yards.

Level 2: For kids aged 8-12 with some golf experience but no handicap. The goal of level 2 is to help your child develop their skills & confidence while aiming to shoot par (36) or better for 9 holes from a distance of 50 yards.

Levels 3: For kids aged 8-12 with some golf experience but no handicap. The goal of level 3 is to help your child develop their skills & confidence while aiming to shoot par (36) or better for 9 holes from a distance of 75 yards.

Junior Coaching Programme Details:

📆 Duration: Our 3-month Spring Programme commences week beginning 24th March 2025.

🏌️‍♂️ Suitable for: Kids aged 6-12 of all abilities

👥 Class Size: Maximum of 8 kids per class

✅ Level 2 Coaching (Improving Juniors)
🕓 Time: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
📅 Dates: April 11th, April 25th, May 9th, May 23rd, June 6th, June 20th

Our all-new facility at Swanston Golf Academy is the best place for kids golf lessons in Edinburgh.

Swanston Golf Academy is a 20 minute drive from Edinburgh’s City Centre and is located at the foot of the Pentland Hills easily accessible from The City of Edinburgh Bypass with free car parking on site.

Kids golf lesson facilities include: a private coaching studio located at the right hand side of our 400 yard driving range, a large putting green, short game area, a 9 hole Par 3 course and a new and improved 18 hole golf course.
